The MRC Portal gives you access to self-paced online trainings. You can register by going to https://mrc.seiu1021.org/ and clicking the “Sign Up Now” link.

If you would like to learn more about the MRC Portal before signing up, you can take a training all about it. These trainings are usually offered monthly.

On the page that appears, you will first need to verify your email address. Enter the personal email address you gave the union when you signed up. If you’re not sure what address you used, you can call the MRC at 877-687-1021

Once you have validated your email address, select a password and enter your name

Finally, enter your union member ID. If you are using the chapter app, you will see your union member ID on the main dashboard. Otherwise, you can get it by calling the MRC 877-687-1021.

Once you’ve entered this info, click “Create” and you’ll be logged in. You can then click on “Digital Learning” see a list of available self-paced online courses.
