Board Of Education Elections
This Rule and Procedure applies to the San Francisco Unified School District and the County Office of Education.
Elections to the Board of Education are governed by the San Francisco Charter and San Francisco Elections Code as applicable. Where not otherwise provided by this Charter or by ordinance, elections to the Board of Education shall be governed by the provisions of applicable state laws.
