33.0 Iniaatas na Paunawa Charter School

Kasalukuyang mga paaralang charter: Sa pamamagitan ng Hunyo ika-1 ng bawat taon, the District shall provide the Union with a list of all charter schools currently authorized by the Board of Education to operate as charter schools within the District. This list shall specify the charter expiration date.

Hindi lalampas sa tatlong buwan bago ang charter expiration date, the District shall notify the Union if a charter school must apply for a charter renewal.

Bagong mga paaralang charter: Patungkol sa panukala charter isinumite sa District pagkatapos ng petsa ng kontrata, the District shall notify the Union of the petition within one week of the submission with the name of the entity and the type of charter authorization the entity seeks.
