37.0 Additional Part-Time Employment

Employees covered by this agreement are permitted to obtain outside employment, or provide services as an independent contractor, as long as the employee complies with the District’s policy on Nonschool Employment and Incompatible Activities [Patakaran ng Lupon ng 4136, 4236, 4336] and applicable Civil Service Rules.
