12.0 節假日和假期

12.1 假期

Holidays observed by the San Francisco Unified School District (the District) by miscellaneous employees are those established by the Board of Education:

• 獨立日

12.1.1 Regular employees of the District who are normally not assigned to duty during the Winter Recess period shall be paid for the December 25 和/或一月 1 假期提供他們在付費狀態的前一天或當天說休會後.

12.2 付費浮動假日

While each request shal-l be considered on an individual basis, school-term unit members shall not normally be approved to take a floating holiday on student attendance days.

12.2.2 All floating holidays must be designated by the unit member prior to the end of the unit member’s work year and must be taken prior to June 30.

12.2.3 An employee may request the scheduling of the other four (4) 誰是被指定負責批准休假了主管的浮動假期. 雖然每個請求將個別被認為, school-term employees will not normally be approved to take a floating holiday on student attendance days. 12.3 假期

12.3.1 舊金山聯合學區 (the District) provides annual vacations for all classified employees who have completed one (1) 一年以上連續服務. 假期計提並頒發按照下表的每個支付期間, dependent upon whether one is a Year Round or a School Term Employee.

12.3.1.1 假期的後五位的額外獎勵 (5) 十五 (15) years will not be made and cannot be taken until the employee has reached his/her anniversary date in the fifth (5th) 和第十五 (15th) year of service. 授予任何的最大假期 12 個月的時間和允許的最大累積如下:
