33.0 特許學校通知要求

目前特許學校: 每年的6月1日, the District shall provide the Union with a list of all charter schools currently authorized by the Board of Education to operate as charter schools within the District. This list shall specify the charter expiration date.

包機截止日期不得遲於前三個月, the District shall notify the Union if a charter school must apply for a charter renewal.

新的特許學校: 關於合同生效後報送區章程的提案, the District shall notify the Union of the petition within one week of the submission with the name of the entity and the type of charter authorization the entity seeks.
