33.0 Charte scolaire Exigences de notification

charter schools actuelles: D'ici le 1er Juin de chaque année, the District shall provide the Union with a list of all charter schools currently authorized by the Board of Education to operate as charter schools within the District. This list shall specify the charter expiration date.

Au plus tard trois mois avant la date d'expiration de la charte, the District shall notify the Union if a charter school must apply for a charter renewal.
