We have deep respect for the incredible strength you have shown. We know that the decision to strike is never easy, and it carries a heavy weight. It is both an emotional and financial decision.

• Join the Line on Your Time: If you start late or get off early, come find us! Joining the picket line during your off-hours or lunch break provides a huge boost to morale.
• Be a Digital Advocate: Post your support on social media. Share our updates, use our hashtags, and tell your story. Public pressure is key to our success.
• Spread the Word: Talk to your coworkers and community members about why we are fighting. Your voice matters just as much inside the building as it does outside.
